Overhead 1090 is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, supplemented by the terms below. By using the app you agree to both.
1. Not for navigation or safety-of-life use
The app displays data broadcast by aircraft and received by consumer-grade equipment, which may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or missing entirely — not all aircraft broadcast ADS-B.
2. No warranty of data accuracy
Aircraft data shown in the app comes from your own receiver, not from us. We make no warranty about its accuracy, completeness, or availability. Coverage depends on your antenna, receiver, and local terrain.
3. Your receiver, your responsibility
The app connects to receiver hardware and software that you own and operate. You are responsible for operating your receiver lawfully in your jurisdiction.
4. Trademarks
Overhead 1090 is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FlightAware, LLC or any receiver or feeder software vendor. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
